Stripe for online payments
Connect your Stripe account to accept online payments through eligible product, booking, and event checkouts. Flax adds no transaction fee to Stripe payments. Stripe still charges its own processing fees; the amount depends on your country and payment method.
Bank transfer
Offer bank transfer when customers can pay outside checkout. Add clear transfer instructions, then confirm the funds have arrived before you mark an order, booking, or ticket as paid.
In-person payment and cash on delivery
Let customers pay in person for an appointment, class, collection, or at-the-door ticket when that fits your process. For delivered orders, cash on delivery lets the customer pay when the order arrives. Staff should confirm these payments manually.
Choose methods for each checkout
Payment methods are configured at site level and can be enabled or disabled for individual product, booking, and event checkouts. Review the settings for Products, Bookings, and Events so customers only see methods that work for that purchase.
