Introduction

Every site includes a required Locations content area for customer-facing places or contact points. Each location can include an address, map link or coordinates, phone, email, social and messaging accounts, opening hours, images, and available services.

Use Cases

  • Location details can be reused by Contact pages, maps, headers and top banners, booking flows, event venue fallbacks, and local content.
  • You choose whether to show a separate Locations section. Its Enabled setting controls whether it appears on the site; Show on homepage controls whether it appears on the homepage.
  • If visitors only need contact details or a map, the Contact section can show information from the primary location, so a separate Locations section may not be necessary.

Supported fields

Basics

Section label
Optional. A short label that can appear above or beside the locations heading. It is often decorative, but it can also carry a proof point, qualifier, or small trust signal.
Title
Recommended. The main heading for the locations section. It tells visitors what this part of the page is about before they scan the items underneath.
Intro
Optional. Supporting text for the locations heading. It gives context before visitors reach the cards, list, gallery, or form below.
Icon
Optional. An icon for locations templates that include a small visual marker. It can help establish the section theme without requiring a full image.

Locations

Locations
Multiple locations per site. Each location is a public business place or contact point with its own address, map, phone, email, social channels, opening hours, and service availability.
Name
Recommended for each location. The customer-facing label for this place, such as Downtown Store, Main Office, Sukhumvit Studio, or Garden Room.
Description
Optional per location. Supporting copy for what makes this location useful: what happens there, who it serves, access notes, parking, atmosphere, facilities, or specialties.
Street address
Recommended for physical locations. The main address text used to build the displayed address and map query.
Postcode or ZIP
Optional, but recommended where used. The postal code appended to the address for display and map lookups.
Country
Recommended for international sites. The country for this specific location. It helps format addresses and disambiguate map searches when the business has several markets.
Google Maps URL
Optional. A direct Google Maps link for the location. When present, contact templates can link customers to the exact map listing instead of generating a directions URL from the address.
Coordinates
Optional when available. Latitude and longitude can be used by map embeds for a more precise pin than an address search.
Phone
Optional per location. A location-specific phone number shown as a tap-to-call link where templates display contact details.
Email
Optional per location. A location-specific email address shown as a mail link where templates display contact details.
Social and messaging channels
Optional; multiple channels per location. Location-level links for WhatsApp, Instagram, X, Bluesky, LINE, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and supported messaging apps.
Services available
Optional; multiple services per location. Selects which services are available at this location. If nothing is selected, the location can be treated as offering all services.
Opening hours
Optional per location. Controls whether a location is shown as open 24/7 or with custom weekday hours.
Primary location
One primary location per site. Marks the default location for templates and workflows that need one location instead of a list.
Images
Optional; multiple images when present. Location photos can be used by image-led location templates and location detail sections.

Settings

Location detail pages
Optional section output. Controls whether locations can have their own detail-style local pages when the site build supports them.
Map height
Optional template setting. Controls the vertical space used by map embeds in location templates.
Enabled
One on/off setting. Controls whether the locations section is rendered on the published site.
Show on homepage
One on/off setting. Controls whether locations appears on the homepage. Some content can still be used by detail pages, forms, checkout, bookings, or generated pages even when the homepage block is hidden.
Display name
Optional. The label used when the locations section needs a short name outside its full heading.
