Overview
- Booking payments inherit the site-level payment methods and fees, then this section can disable the ones that do not apply.
- Stripe-enabled paid bookings can send customers to checkout before the booking is confirmed.
- Section payment settings matter only when services or duration choices have prices.
Fields
Payment methods
Multiple inherited methods; each can be enabled or disabled hereControls which site-level payment methods are available for bookings in this section.
Affects
- Booking checkout when a paid booking requires payment.
- Booking creation, where Stripe can create a pending booking and redirect to checkout.
- Customer booking confirmation after payment succeeds.
Enable Stripe for bookings that should be paid online. Disable payment methods that make sense for product checkout but not appointments, such as cash on delivery.
Fees
Multiple inherited fees; each can be enabled or disabled hereControls which site-level fees apply to this booking section.
Affects
- Booking payment setup and fee configuration inherited from site payments.
- Customer totals when the checkout flow supports section fees.
Keep booking fees obvious and defensible. If a fee only applies to delivery, products, or events, disable it for bookings.
Image uploads are available locally first. They are moved to the CDN when the site is published or synced, and published pages use optimized image sizes for display.
